EU & UK Customers:

As of July 1 2021, the European Union (EU) has made important changes to its value-added-tax (vat), which will impact business exporting goods to customers in the EU.

Please be aware that all customers located in the UK & EU will be required to pay VAT and/or duties upon delivery.

I am not responsible for any customs/processing fees that may incur depending on your country's VAT laws.

I do not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are buyer responsibility; unfortunately I cannot control these fees.

COVID-19:

Please bear in mind packages will be slightly delayed especially for orders outside of North America.

✦ Letter mail shipping & Small Packet International does NOT come with tracking 
✦ Due to the high volume of orders, please note that I package and ship everything myself. Please bear in mind processing and delivery times
✦ I am not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur
✦  I process orders in 1-2 weeks, you will receive an email once I send out your order.

RETURN POLICY:
✦ Unfortunately, I do NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
✦ I do not offer refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.  Exceptions apply. Shipping is non-refundable. Please contact me  here if you have any problems with your order.
