Shipping & Return Policies
US Customers:
There is an increase in shipping costs, as all orders will be shipped with DDP (duties paid postage), which means that all customs, duties, and clearance fees are prepaid before the order is shipped.
Canadian Customers:
Due to the Canada Post strike, I, I am currently NOT accepting P.O. Box orders. Only Canada Post can deliver to PO Boxes and no other carriers can fulfil them this time.
EU & UK Customers:
Please be aware that all customers in the UK & EU will be required to pay VAT and/or duties upon delivery.
I, Maxine Vee, am not responsible for any customs/processing fees that may incur depending on your country's VAT laws.
I do not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes is the buyer's responsibility; unfortunately, I cannot control these fees.

✦ Letter mail shipping does NOT come with tracking
✦ Due to the high volume of orders, please note that I package and ship everything myself. Please bear in mind the processing and delivery times
✦ I am not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur
✦ I process orders in 1-2 weeks, you will receive an email once I send out your order.

RETURN POLICY:
✦ Unfortunately, I do NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any problems with your order.
✦ I do not offer refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. Exceptions apply. Shipping is non-refundable. Please get in touch with me here or email me: info@maxinevee.com if you have any problems with your order.

✦ If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet and you wish to combine your orders, please contact me here or email me (info@maxinevee.com) with your order numbers so I can combine them and refund the shipping difference.
