Shipping & Return Policies

EU & UK Customers:

As of July 1st 2021, the European Union (EU) has made important changes to its value-added tax (vat), which will impact businesses exporting goods to customers in the EU.

Please be aware that all customers in the UK & EU will be required to pay VAT and/or duties upon delivery.

I am not responsible for any customs/processing fees that may incur depending on your country's VAT laws.

I do not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes is the buyer's responsibility; unfortunately, I cannot control these fees.

SHIPPING POLICY: 

I ship worldwide 

All orders are shipped from Canada 

Letter mail shipping does NOT come with tracking 

Due to the high volume of orders, please note that I package and ship everything myself. Please bear in mind the processing and delivery times

 I am not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur

  I process orders in 1-2 weeks, you will receive an email once I send out your order.

RETURN POLICY:

Unfortunately, I do NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any problems with your order.

I do not offer refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. Exceptions apply. Shipping is non-refundable. Please get in touch with me here or email me: info@maxinevee.com if you have any problems with your order.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

 If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet and you wish to combine your orders, please contact me here or email me (info@maxinevee.com) with your order numbers so I can combine them and refund the shipping difference.
